How Do You Remove a Review From Carecom

Author Message Anonymous

I was talking with a family and things didn't work out.
I didn't meet them or talked over the phone.
We were merely exchanged mails through care.com
She wrote negative review about me on care.com.
She mentioned that I waste her fourth dimension.
I didn't waste we were not agree on rate.
Anyway, how negative reviews affect task search ?
I have lots of positive reviews as well.
Thanks

Unfortunately care.com allows anyone leave a review. You could get out a professional reply to her review saying y'all regret you weren't able to concord on a rate and make it clear you never worked for her. GL OP!

Don't annotate y'all volition never work for her. Just say that you both spoke, your rate was 20 and she wanted to pay XXX and y'all both could non come up to a compromise.

"Cheers for the review. I am a bit confused past the negative feedback when we never met or spoke on the phone. During our several email exchanges, y'all offered to pay XXX which is far beneath my regular rate. It is unfortunate we could not come to a payment agreement and I wish y'all the all-time in finding a sitter who tin come across your families needs and pay.

Op here , not bad thanks

Just keep information technology simple and appropriate and highlight y'all never spoke or met. Most families would ignore something like that if you lot have good reviews from others who you really babysat for. I would not recollect much well-nigh the negative review if there was an reasonable explanation. She probably couldn't find anyone at her rate and got frustrated.

This would exist the all-time solution;it doesn't help an employer to go out a negative review either. But if the review stands, whatever prospective employer has to read it and then discount information technology (hopefully) given the circumstances.

Tin can't y'all comment on her review? I would say, dear ms. Smith, i was really looking frontward to meeting with you lot and your family unit. Unfortunately, we were not able to concord to an hourly rate (through care.com messaging) that was feasible for the duties required for the position. I wish you the all-time in your search for a nanny.

That fashion the other parents who are interested in you will come across that that parent was just bitter because she can't afford a nanny.

You're lucky you have practiced review to beginning the bad one. I don't babysit, and near of my families won't make a profile merely to mail a review.

Even if you lot contact care, they won't take it down. It happened to me too. This is what I did:
I clearly explained the situation in a rebuttal annotate. Then I copied all contact with this family into a binder on my desktop. I clarified with care that they would verify that the screenshots are real, if a family unit asks for verification. Upon request, I furnish the folder and reply any questions.
